Hello, this is odd because the file is apparently recognised – does it say ‘Loaded using nt-mtd’ in the error message? Does the file contain some unusual kind of data? Usually it is best to send the problematic file to the module author (that would be Даниил Браташов here, see http://gwyddion.net/contact.php#contributors ) or, as a fallback, to me.
