Dear gwyddion devs Thanks for the new version (2.53), I installed it just now (Win7 64 bit) and in general it seems to work normally.
However, I found some behaviour that I think is not intended: in the 2D FFT dialog the choice of windowing function is completeley ignored and it looks like it uses "None". When I tried different windows there was no visible difference, which I could confirm as their numerical difference (via multidata -> arithmetic) is _exactly_ zero everywhere. I noticed mainly because I was just comparing different windows with 2.52 where everything still worked nicely. Could you look into it please? Thanks!
