Dear Gwyddion users,
i am using a STM system with an RHK electronic (Model SPM 100). This
produces SM4-files. For each image, one can look up the tunneling
parameters and PID parameters in the RHK software, so these information
have to be also in the file. However, i prefer using Gwyddion for data
evaluation. Is there a way to display these parameters in Gwyddion? I
appreciate any help i can get. Thank you. I necessary i can provide data
files.
