Hi Rick, I had a similar problem a while back, but can't quite remember what it was exactly. I dont think it's related to the extern "C" function specifications because you are using gcc with a C file ext. I changed the header file contents to solve my problem, but at the moment I can't find the original file. Compare the file attached to yours and see if you can find any differences.
