No, it is not possible to run a GX from an external stand-alone application.
The GX engine is part of the OASIS montaj interface, which means only the
OE32 application has access. However, this does seem like a reasonably good
and useful function. If others would like this capability, please let me
know and we can look at moving this ability to the base libraries.

the App prefix in gx_lib.h, so I assume it should work. If I try it however
it puts info on the error stack
but showing the error does not give any message.
