Absotuely!! He was the top middle distance runner in the US at the time I was competing in track. It was so darn tragic when he died. Grace learned more about him and gained the same admiration for how he competed.
When Lance got cancer I really thought that he was going to be another tragedy like Pre: taken at a young age before he met his true potential. But, as we all know it turned out quite differently. I am positive that Pre would have accomplished things in track similar to what Lance achieved. He was only 23 when he died. With that correct answer you have won the grand prize.
