I am planning on an early morning Thanksgiving Day ride. Here is the ride I
will be doing:

Place: Ravenstone
Time: 9:00am
Distance: 43 miles
Pace: 18-19
Course: Cassam Club House

Maybe there will be some others who want to justify the excessive caloric
comsumption that we will be partaking in later in the day. I figure it this
way:

43 miles at 19mph pace = 2400 calories

1 Thanksgiving dinner w/drinks = 3800 calories

Net loss = 1400 calories. Weight gain unlikely.

No riding, net loss 3800 calories. You do the math. Weight gain is inevitable.
