I checked out the RTI Governance and Economic Growth Web site and that is not the office that I worked with. The office I worked with was the Office of Statistics, see link below that includes reference to the O*NET survey. http://www.rti.org/page.cfm/Survey_Statistics The O*Net system I was telling you about can be found at www.onetcenter.org and then click on O*NET Online. I would be happy to give you a guided tour over the phone to explain some of the detail. While I don't have any contacts in the governance office, I would be happy to be a reference and I could give you language to use in a reference that connects me with the O*NET work at RTI as well as some international work I have done with the World Bank.
