Here is my take on this David. Monday, to me, is an off/recovery day after long mileage weekends and to prepare for fast Tuesday's. The big boys also used Tuesday as their fast ride. I would like to keep Tuesday the same. I guess you can have your ride on Tuesday too and offer something different. We did havve a ride on Thursday, if my memory serves me, but god if I can tell you what it was. Thursday might be the better bet for your ride in prep for the long Saturday rides. Your call.

Buy my 2 cents is: your ride on Tuesday and Andy's (if he is doing it again) on Monday. This would allow a fast Saturday, recovery Sunday, Fast Monday, recovery Tuesday. ed On Thu, Feb 12, 2009 at 8:20 AM, David Bender <[email protected]> wrote: Greetings G-Nation, It's almost that time again to start up the weekly ride schedule and I need a little input regarding the ride I lead out of the Trek Store on Monday evenings. This summer I have a conflict on Monday evenings and need to move the ride to another day of the week. Wednesday evening is out for me since that is the long standing Wednesday Night Mtb ride with the Cooper Group and others so that leaves Tuesday or Thursday evenings. I know Tuesday evening was the hammerfest ride last summer and I assume that ride will continue this summer and I don't recall what ride was on Thursday, if any. However, I'm inclined to move the ride to Tuesday evening and pick up anyone that doesn't feel like chasing you hammerheads or just wants to ride a 17-18 pace. My ride is 17-18mph for 29-34 miles starting at the Trek Store at 6pm. Send me your feedback, I look forward to continuing this ride from the shop this summer. thx David ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Windows Liveā¢: E-mail.
