gang- I work one day a week (Thursday) out off Cap. Blvd and Highwoods. I live in Cary, so I am not terribly familiar with that side of town. Ideally, I'd like to find an after work Thursday A-pace ride because of the unfamiliarity. If nothing like exists I'd take suggestions on loops in the 25-35 mile range that aren't too far from where I work.
