G's, The photos of our Tour de Gaps Ride are now up on our Gallery page.
Here's the link: http://www.raleighgyros.com/gallery.htm Everytime I look at them, visions of roads going forever upwards keep dancing in my head. If you look at the 2nd photo from right in the 2nd row, you will see a sample of the so called "rollers" that we had to climb between each of the 4 gap roads. If you can imagine these coming continously, one right after another. Then there were the 4 gaps themselves. Those peaks that you see off in the distance in the 3rd photo from the left in the 2nd row is where we were headed and what we had to climb. (My legs hurt all over again). Thanks again to Keil for taking these great photos. If he didn't make the effort, we would not have any record of our trip.
