Six riders braved the high temperature and humidity starting from the Trek Store at 6 PM. Andy was the leader and pulled with a constant effort along the normal route. We picked up two Gyro riders along the way along Norwood and Coley. We were riding pretty fast down Coley, 30 mph for a short distance just before 98, but again Andy was pulling. The wild life was out. We saw a large flock of turkeys, two deer, and then a smaller flock of turkeys. Ed and Todd dropped off to continue at Ed speed up Boyce Mill. Andy pulled all the way to Raven Ridge and then allowed Patrick to lead up Raven Ridge with me and Henrick in tow. Andy and Patrick gradually pulled away at the end of the last climb on Raven Ridge to the light while Henrick and I got back on at the light. The sprint to the line came off of Andy's wheel. Patrick and I moved round Andy pretty far from the line and Henrick came flying off of Patick's wheel to take the win with Patrick coming in second. My speedo was 20.1 mph at the finish. Ed and Todd came in a few minutes later. It was a great ride. Thanks Andy.
