Wendy and I had a great ride today. After reading the post for today's ride one important piece of information was over looked - the point of departure. I drove to PUE. Wendy and I were not sure of how far we wanted to go so we carried extra food , credit card and phone. When we got back to the van Wendy had registered 75 miles on her computer. We saw Ken and Neil going the opposite direction and as they passed us Ken asked if we where lost. We made 1 missed turn later but as of that point of the ride all was running smoothly. With missed turns comes extra miles and on a day like today - extra miles is a good thing. Love the North Carolina weather. Glade everybody else had a good/safe ride as well. Hope the Road Dog ride went well. There was a lot of serious faces in the parking lot.
