Anytime any group solicits "donations" or "sponsorships" without
disclosing that they are a non-profit, they're not. Nothing on their
website indicates that they are a non-profit.(Besides, they are a .com
not a .org)

And who exactly appointed the "Peloton Project" to be the cycling good
behavior czar?

Has anyone actually read the tripe on their site? Please, don't do me
any favors.
