There were four of us, Maria, Don, Courtney and myself. It was a super nice ride - 35 miles in a round about round trip to the Marina and back. I got to try Maria's new Bar Mitts and boy, do they keep the hands warm. I didn't realize how much dexterity I lost in wearing fat gloves. With the Bar Mitts one has total feel on the brifters and hoods. I like'em. Having said that, I do think they are designed for colder weather than we had today though. At the end of the ride my hands were perspiring. I always felt that I was robbing myself of good time whenever I slept with the sun up.
