The two small dogs on Doc Nichols did a kamikaze attack on us. Luckily we were going uphill and only rolling around 18 or so. Kevin and Rick did their best to not run over the critters but Kevin ended up laying his bike down and then I went over his bike and land half on the grass and half on the pavement. No one was hurt too badly, and Rick had a "spirited" discussion with the homeowner who insisted that his dogs only did this because cyclists in the past have thrown things at them. Suffice it to say, a rational dialog did not take place despite Rick's best efforts. But Kevin's tire ended up with at least two gashes and could only be repaired well enough to get us to the church on Carpenter Pond.
