First, I would like to thank Tom Fissel for leading today's ride. We had 9 brave souls (which included a couple of the B's). What really impressed me was while we were waiting at the light at Kick's the lone female rider (Donna Webster?) named off each rider! She was the only person that had it right; all group activities should begin with some from of introductions. (That is why it is always great having the better sex on our rides...)
It was a bit on the cool side, and, there were some strong winds but I think that we all warmed up quickly and it was no longer an issue. It was a great workout, and, it certainly felt faster than the 17.8 that Tom said that we did. Now, I am going to enjoy a great pizza from Pizza Italia with my beautiful wife. Without guilt.
