No, don't avoid it, you can use Six Forks it's a little busy at lunch
but we use it often in the morning after 9:00 am, there are a lot of
options in the area, I like some of the Raleigh Bike Route that go
through North hills and cross the Pedestrian Bridge and over to
Umstead and back by Westgate/Strickland, about 28 miles.  I ride this
route when riding alone, I will post this route if you would like to
