Hi, Maria, Ride leader burnout! I certainly understand that! But glad you will still be riding.
What if we turn the B ride format into a show and go? Or designate several routes to choose from and we decide as group in the parking lot? For the next month or so, the Saturday ride could be a certain time and the same route. Adjustments can be made accordingly. My biggest concern is that the ride doesn't turn into a free for all and loses the No Drop policy. Of course, we were all spoiled by having you take the responsibility to lead us. Perhaps someone else would like to step up and take the role? Anyone else have any thoughts or ideas on how to keep the Saturday morning B ride going?
