Even though it appears that conditions for a ride are unpropitious, we all know
that cycling
is, among other things, quite salutary. So, rather than having another Saturday
of a torpor existence, I would much rather show a sanguine optimism toward a
ride tomorrow.

To avoid expatiating and to be more laconic I will simply manifest my avidity
toward riding tomorrow by simple supplications that go something like this:
"please, God of weather, give us some dry roads tomorrow...please?"

(Based on the pretentious nature of this email I now go by the sobriquet of
"the pedantic pedaler".)

Rick

PS. If there appears to be quite a few million dollar words here it is because
this weather has provided me with so many more hours for reading...and more
reading. Tolstoy, Dickens, Shakespeare...I love them, but, please, get me back
on my bike!!
