To Mark and all North Carolinians, My deepest apologies to all for my unintended mistake in the note I sent Last week pertaining to the trash on NC roads. After reading my note thanks to Mark's reply to me, I realized that I left off an important word in my message. What I meant to write is "some North Carolinians" and not to imply all. Of course it's only a few people that create the problem of litter and trash on our roads and it's unfortunate that I didn't take the time to carefully read my note before I hit send. I hope that Mark and others can forgive me for such an insensitive and inappropriate remark. I am extremely embarrassed by this and have learned a valuable lesson about being careful when using public media for the future.
