Im not sure how the "exercise" turned out since we didnt do it as
planned but it was a lot of fun trying to attack just about anywhere.
Joel was the man today and I would definitely give him "most
aggressive rider."

Id like everyone to know that you guys wear me out.  What a great
ride.
