New Light Rd is State Road # 1907 and that road number is listed under "Projects Under Construction" on the DOT website. It's one of the "Eight Sections of Secondary Roads Projects" that has the description "WIDENING, MILLING, RESURFACING, AND SHOULDER RECONSTRUCTION".
