Everyone, As I stated at the start of the year, I may change up the route for some specific training. For the next 3 weeks, we'll be doing lots and lots of little hills. During the loops in Covered Bridge and the subsequent 3 loops, surging up the hills is encouraged. The rest of the time, an even steady effort will be the order.
