I was riding with some of the Capital City Cycling race team members today (showing them some of the lovely N. Raleigh riding area). Rode on Coley and the surface was so fresh it still had that "new car smell" (really -- new tar smell). The county's "A" squad did a marvelous job laying down the new surface.
