Any thoughts of starting the ride from St. Francis with the other gyro groups,
join them in the talks with Sen. Hunt and then doing our own ride? Was just
trying to help Tony and co. by getting as many cyclists there as possible.

I was hoping to ride from a new location (Rock Spring Baptist Church on
Bruce Garner Rd) but I have not had any luck getting in touch with anyone
there. I was going to start from there anyway, until yesterday when I rode by
and they have signs in the parking lot that say "No Trespassing". We will try
for next week...
So for tomorrow we will meet at Ravenstone again.
Place: Ravenstone Plaza
Time: 8:30 am
Distance: 43 miles
Pace: 16-17 mph
Route: Clubhouse at Cassam (we did this one a couple of times last
summer; it is a fun ride but I believe the store at the rest stop does not have
an indoor bathroom for us to use)
As Tony stated, there are showers in the forecast for the morning. I
will post a ride/no ride decision around 7 am.
