Jim,

Did you say no pain? Repeat that, if you would. A hip with no pain? I guess you 
tend to forget what that is like and learn to accept what it is (how 
existential...). 

I am beginning to think that I just might like to see what that is like.

It is great that you are back in the saddle, and that your surgery was a 
success.
