Subject: [Gyros: 15514] Adopt-A-Highway/Purnell Road Clean Up for June!
We'll be out Saturday, June 19th, prettifying Purnell Road for a
second time.
Let's plan on meeting at the fire station at New Light and Purnell
like our first meeting. We'll vest-up and then walk on over to start
the clean up. We'll shuttle a group down to the end and then meet in
the middle like last time. This clean-up won't take as long as our
initial cleaning so I would say 2 hours max from arrival time to
finish.
I'm going to have a big sign "Cyclist for Clean Roads" posted at
Purnell so everyone can see that we're trying to be helpful vs
annoying and maybe one less driver will be less apt to run us down
(yah right)
Again, we are so blessed to be out on these beautiful roads - this is
an opportunity for us do something in return.
