Disappointing news on Kemp. Both Bert and I were on it last night and it appears that there is no intention on repaving the road, at least for now. What they have been working on is the shoulder on the newly paved section of Coley. Kemp has no markings and is still in sorry shape. Very disappointing. Thought I'd let everyone know if you were planning on riding that section anytime soon.
