A FREINDLY REMINDER THAT MONDAY, AUGUST 9TH IS THE DEADLINE FOR GETTING FITTED
AND PAYING FOR YOUR JERSEY/BIBS.
If you don't do it by then, your name will be removed from the lists.
For convenience, I've copied all the information below again, SO GET OVER TO
THE STORE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
DETAILS:
Here are the final costs for the jersey's and bibs.
1. MEN'S & WOMEN'S WHITE SLEEVELESS JERSEY
Cost is $65/each
2. WHITE SHORT SLEEVE JERSEY
Cost is $70/each
3. BIBS
Cost is $120/each
HOW TO PAY:
There are many of you who will be going to the Trek Store to be fitted. Of
course, the easiest way to pay is to drop off a check while you are there.
Please make checks out to either GYROS CYCLING CLUB or TONY SANTALUCIA
So, your payment can be made any one of 4 ways:
1. Leave it at the Trek Store as mentioned above.
2. Mail it to:

3. Give it to me at one of the rides.
4. Drop it off at my house but please let me know that you are doing that so
we can make arrangements if I am not home.
DESIGN STATUS:
The design changes to the sleeveless and short sleeve jersey's are virtually
done. LG is currently working on a new sketch for my approval. Once I make
the final approval, I will send out the design for viewing. Btw, they look
great and top anything we've done so far.
The bibs will be designed once I see the samples that are coming in tomorrow
(Tuesday). LG already has my ideas. All they need to do is to incorporate
these ideas into the panels of the bibs.
THE PLAN:
Remember, LG takes about 8 weeks to deliver the finished product. The quicker
everyone gets fitted and sends in payment, the quicker we get our jersey's and
bibs.
Another reminder - I can not keep these fit kits forever. Therefore, the
DEADLINE for getting fitted and sending in your payment will be: MONDAY, AUGUST
9TH. That's 3 weeks for getting this done. The time will fly so please don't
procrastinate.
If I do not have your money in by then, I will remove your name from the list.
I hate to be harsh about it but the deadline is necessary for getting people
motivated, otherwise, the process will be delayed and everyone suffers by
having to wait longer for their merchandise.
