Old news. New Light has been paved north bound for over a week. South bound will be finished this week.
A large group of cyclists already had a "grand re-opening" ride last Sunday to the Kerr Lake Dam (120 +/- miles) and back to Raleigh on Bike Rt 1. No Gyros were present that I recognized.
