I used to do fittings at a high end mt bike shop in CA. I'm happy to help/advise you, if you'd like. If you think a 54cm-56cm to be right for you, I'd expect you to be between 5'8" & 5'10". Proportion of torso to leg length can alter what's right for you; height alone, or leg length alone, are not the only important factors. The top tube dimension & how that fits your torso & arm length are actually the most imortant dimensions. You have a more limited ability to fit the cockpit than adjust the saddle height to your leg length. PM me if you want to meet or have me look at you on a potential purchase. I'm happy to help, N/C.
