I was just thinking that we could instead have a Gyro pickup that everyone can drop off their extra gear off too. Maybe we can do it at one or more of the rides. Maybe we can keep it going for a couple of weeks and gather any extra clothing that no one needs any more. I can contact Robert Irwin and let him know what we are doing. I figure that this way, he dosen't have to make extra trips for picking up whatever the Gyros have and are willing to donate.
For weekday rides leaving from the Trek Store, we can keep a box there for clothing and gear drop offs. If you guys feel that this is a great way to do this, please let me know and I'll organize it with Robert. FYI - I will not be riding this weekend so, if we proceed with this, the ride leaders for this weekend can gather what you have and they can give it to me.
