Fernando, Yes, he is. I am amped up...I really thought that this was it for him. His ankle is still not quite ready, but, I guess he wants to give it a go which makes me very happy. Without him I only have a passing interest in the NFL season; with him I become an obsessed Vikings fan.
I am back to training hard again; my weight is good; and, I think that I will be back in the pack quite soon. The mojo is back! (Now, if I only had my bike in riding condition...lost the crank bolt somehow and my non-drive side crank arm is off...back on the Allez for now!) I hope that you are doing well.
