Just an after thought...for anyone thinking "what a dumb ##@" "they
should have dropped him like a rock"...I agree and truely expected
it.  I came into the ride beleving it was a drop ride so was not
expecting a handout.  I am sorry for the qroup for messing up part of
the ride...I hung reasonably well for the hilly part; 42 miles;
although I keep wondering "where's the rest stop"

I hope my point isn't lost that I am a grown man who made stupid
decison and fully expected to be dropped.  What amazed me was how
understanding the 3 other guys were about my boinking.  Don, during
the last 10 miles, told me repeated stories about people doing the
samething including himself...So, again thank you Don, Andy, and the
other rider; sorry can't remember the name of our last guy...I'll just
call you the guying in Iron man training with aero bars.
