Hello everyone, Thank you for the overwhelming response for the first annual TrySports Capital to the Coast bike ride. When I first sent this out I expected 15 maybe 20 people to be crazy enough to try it not the 70 or so on this mailing list. I imagine a few of will be getting ready for Beach to Battleship Ironman. So hopefully this ride will build your confidence and help you reach your goals. If there is anyone training for Ironman AZ, let me know maybe we can get a few rides or runs in.
