You need to split the the total weight by the approximate 40%/60%
weight distribution between front and back wheel.  Therefore for a
total weight of 168 lbs the front tire is based upon 40% * 168 = 67
lbs and the back tire would be 60% * 168 = 100 lbs.  Based upon the
chart for 23mm tires you would need 65 psi in the front and 100 psi in
the back.

Seems a little too squishy for me.
