Just wanted you all to know that my dad was hit by a car on his morning ride yesterday and has a few broken bones (ribs and a shoulder) as a result. He will be in the hospital for a couple more days and obviously off the bike for a while, which is why you won't be seeing him on a Gyros ride for some time. In fact, he's taking the destruction of his new Pinarelli harder than anything, but trying to stay positive. He's not accepting any visitors at this time, although I would be happy to relay any well wishes his way.
