Wendy and I rode on Kemp today. Very nice up to Virgil Rd then same old Kemp. The double yellow lines are on and there is still the smell of fresh asphalt in the air. On each end (from Virgil to Coley) 1 of the 2 barriers is still partially on the road. But we witnessed cars driving past the barriers -- must be open. Enjoy the road.
