OK, just saw this and thought it's hilarious. I didn't even know it was for real when I first saw the cartoon. (It is all kid safe.)

And they said it would never happen.... Having been a commercial insurance underwriter, I cannot erase the image of this guy's agent on the phone with an underwriter and explaining what type of risk this is and the Bob Newhart-ish underwriter trying to ask serious questions without cracking up. Believe me, these calls DO happen. Daily. But enough of my rant. You gotta see this thing. The video of the actual product appears as if the youngster can barely pedal due to the weight.
