Just a few thoughts . . Any of the clubs that I have been involved with in the past the "officers" were chosen through an election process and not appointed. I didn't realize that when you were asking for help that you were actually appointing officers.
Who will be handling the accounting for the club? With so many members this is a large amount of money coming in and like any club the members need to have an acounting of how the monies are spent . . . call me crazy...anyone else asking themselves any of these questions?
