Ed,
 Don't mean to be dumb, but is this a mt bike ride? I'm guessing it is. We're meeting by the Visitor's Center?  Never been to or ridden Umstead before, sounds like a great way to get introduced to it. Will this be all fire road, or will there be some singletrack?

I am going to ride out of Umstead Visitors lot on Friday morning. I will leave the lot at 9 AM sharp. I plan on riding two hours at an easy pace. If anyone wants to join me please do!

 

Note, this is weather dependant too. They are calling for rain on Friday morning…rain cancels.  I will update around 8 or so.
