My litany of injuries in 19 years of mt biking would take a week to read. Relative to my experience, mt biking @ the venues mentioned is very tame. Even if riding hard, you'd have to have a major brain fart to get injured. New Light is the only place I've found in the Triangle with a risk factor. Even you imply that injuries sustained mt biking are within your control, ie, how hard you ride. Berry
