I just registered yesterday on line and here is how it worked for me : When you go to WWW.USACYCLING.ORG you can register as a member by inputting your name and details etc. and receive a RACE # However until you pay the $60 for Road and Track or other differing amounts for other Race disciplines, only then can you choose to be an individual or a CLUB racer and become ACTIVE and only then will you see your name on the Club list.
