Woman sizes - just like men sizes. 2X - Medium and Large - XLarge. They offer a very nice quick adjusting knob "Rollsys fit" that works very nice. But not all round helmets fit all round heads. Best to try one on before you buy. Lazer Genesis helmets are very nice helmets and the price is very good.
