WOW...I'm overwhelmed with the support and interests from those who responded. 
From local club members and store owners alike I thank you for your support. 
Just a quick update, I've contacted the city of Raleigh and waiting for a 
response from a "Susan Wilson" who is the manger/director for THE RALEIGH 
BICYCLE & PEDESTRIAN ADVISORY COMMISSION (BPAC).  This is a start and hopefully 
a direction we can take to getting this ride rolling.  Again...thanks for the 
support!
