Hi, It¨s been 4 years since I did Regency last, so I am a bit hazy on all the details. The construction of the back screams Regency and is a very common back. The problem is with the closure method. You see drawstrings, hooks, ties and even pins . Often combined on extant pieces. I am unsure about buttons on dresses this early 1795-1800/1810. I'll have a look and see what I find.
