Two months!  Well, I won't get mine for a few weeks, then--mine was shipped 
only about 6 weeks ago.  Thanks for the information.

bn.com also claims to have a used copy of NESAT 4 for $89.91, more than 
Oxbow/DBBC's price.

Those listings are still up.

NESAT 3 shows up in used book listings every once in a great while.  I last 
saw a copy a year or so ago.  Still wish I could have afforded it then.  I 
bought NESAT 6 when it first came out, but you're right that it doesn't seem 
to be available any longer even through used book channels.

I have never seen NESAT 1 advertised for sale anywhere and I've been looking 
for the NESATs for over 5 years now.
