Why would you want it to be light as a feather?! Everyone knows is
*isnt* real if it doesnt have heft.

I've just returned from Italy (poor me) and found a lovely repro
jewelry shop in Florence. Tharros Jewelry. The website is, as yet,
non-existant. Tho they say "coming soon". All of the pieces are copied
from local paintings & frescoes. (You know, places like the Galleria
Accademia, The Pitti Palace, Uffizi and those wonderful Ghirlandaio
frescoes in every church all over town.) Dee-lish!

I've uploaded a few photos onto
http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/hysteria95126/my_photos
Choose the Florence Jewelry Thassos (I spelled it wrong when I made
the folder) to see the pictures.
All of the jewelry is 925 silver w gold wash and real, but minor
gemstones: amythest, citrine, tourmaline, amber, garnet & others. No
rubies, emerald diamond or pearl. The "pearls" are priced like
Swarovski crystals, rather than the real thing.
The last photo is me on the "softphone" talking to friends in Calif.
They bought a few things & so did I.

Enjoy dreaming!
