Greenberg and Hammer used to gave small horn buttons...and large and medium
ones too and at very reasonable prices per dozen, though that
particular line
seems to have disappeared. Still they have real horn buttons. I don't know
if they have white bone ones. The site won't let me on the button page.
I can't even get into the onstore catalogue thingy! Oh well........
